What does the pre-transfer worksheet track?
The Pre-Transfer Worksheet tracks the date you searched, the program, the route or hotel, whether you found space, whether you confirmed it on the program site, and whether you transferred. It does not store an award price.
Does this include award price charts or transfer ratios?
No. Process only. Prices and ratios stay on the airline, hotel, or issuer page.
How is this different from a transfer-partner directory page?
A directory lists partners. This is the search-then-transfer sequence and a worksheet you fill in. The directory pages stay free.
Can I use this with any transferable points program?
Yes. The steps are the same for transferable currencies. Confirm that program’s partner list on the issuer page before you move points. The worksheet does not assume one program.
Where do official partner lists get verified?
On the issuer’s own partner page, the day you transfer. The Tools we use page is where the file sends you for search tools. It is not a second partner list.
