What are Executive guest rules — and is there a published guest fee or visit cap?
Included guests are up to 2 guests or immediate family (spouse, domestic partner and/or children under 18), each with a same-day boarding pass, accompanied by the eligible cardmember. The issuer does not publish a per-guest fee for those included guests. The issuer also does not publish a numeric visit cap on the Executive membership path. Same-day eligible boarding pass is still required — membership is not lounge access without a flight.
Should I hold Executive and Amex Platinum together?
Only as a network split: Executive for Admirals Club / primary partner-lounge days on AA / oneworld; Platinum for Global Lounge Collection (Centurion, Priority Pass with enrollment, Escape, Plaza Premium, capped Delta Sky Club, etc.). Holding both is not a double Admirals door and does not upgrade Executive into Flagship. If you only need one network, pick the frame that matches the door rather than stacking both solely for lounges.
