Our room at Serras Barcelona
For this stay at the Serras Barcelona, we were in a Superior Room. The room was nice and comfortable. In room safe, big shower, double vanity, closet, juliette balcony, nice big and clean bed. Of note, the television was poorly installed and was hanging at an odd angle that could not be corrected. Also, there was no way to stream from our phones or connect a Roku to the television.

Staff were kind and helpful. When we contacted the concierge with our arrival details, they quickly arranged transportation for us. They quickly and kindly replied with further details on finding our driver upon arrival. At check in, Serras Barcelona greet guests with a lovely welcome - after flying across the world and arriving in the evening, it was a great reception that made us feel welcome. This was similar to service we've received at five star hotels.

Rooftop bar: it’s a great view where you can bring up a beverage to enjoy, or order from their friendly rooftop bar staff.

Location: great spot. We really enjoyed a morning walk down to Barceloneta for a walk on the beach, some coffee, and then back to the hotel to reset before diving into the Gothic Quarter, El Born, and some other cool areas.
Good price compared to other 4-star hotels in the area

The welcome gifts were inaccessible to us comprised of meat and dairy so while some may enjoy it, we did benefit from the intention of the gift.
